Speech Communication from California State University, along with a Bachelor’s equivalency in
Business. She also studied Communications at Brigham Young University. She has served on
executive teams of multi-billion-dollar international organizations as well as small start-ups,
including her own. She also led a number of successful community projects. In addition to her corporate roles, Marci has provided business and career consulting. She specializes in motivation. She has been active in local politics both in California and Ohio.
Her diverse background in human resources, organizational development, and community
involvement highlights her commitment to both professional excellence and public service. This
